I first met Kim 4 years ago when she was going through one of the toughest moments of her life. She had just lost the closest person to her, her dad. My heart broke watching her deal with the loss of him. She was experiencing other trying things in her life as well, but she managed to deal with it all with so much strength and courage and a kept a smile on her face. I was so excited when she contacted me to do family pictures. It had been a while since I've seen her and looked forward to catching up! Kim is one of the kindest people I've met and I know how much her children mean to her. I was so happy to capture these special moments between them. It was a bit chilly that day, but they were all good sports about it. The cuddling for warmth actually made for some good photos haha!
Kim and her oldest daughter, Kiersten. I think she looks sooo much like Kim!! Below is her other daughter, Jesse, who knew how to have a good time. She got her mom to show that genuine smile that I know and love!
And there's Evan. He's always been a little charmer since the day I met him. He got his sister laughing and the way he's looking at her, could make any heart melt. Love the sibling love ;)
