Alli + Josh

2020. The year of the unknown is the way I'm going to remember it. We have all been affected in one way or another by this pandemic, but the wedding industry? Yeah talk about GIANT curve ball this year. This kind of global event was so far from my radar (or anyone's?) that the thought of losing almost an entire wedding season never crossed my mind as a possibility. But it happened, and while most of my weddings post-poned to 2021, Alli and Josh stayed hopeful that they would still have their wedding day this year. What was originally a May wedding, pushed back to July, with even MORE changes and regulations set in place ONE week before their wedding, the Indiana Country Club worked their tails off to make it happen.

And it was beautiful!!

My first time doing an all day outdoor wedding at the club, masks and all and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. The weather was warm and bright and gorgeous. After every road block tossed their way I don't care what anyone says...rain was the last thing they needed! They did not need extra luck that comes with the saying of rainy wedding days, they needed beautiful skies! That's what they got and we took advantage of a perfect sunset later in the evening as well as using the pool for some fun nighttime shots.

This will always be a wedding to remember and I'm so happy that Alli and Josh had the chance to say the most sweetest vows in front of their family and friends. Congrats and best wishes! Loved being a part of your day :)
